Bank Remittances (for OFWs Abroad)

For our OFW policyowners, you may pay your premiums through any bank or remittance center abroad. You need not worry about paying your premiums if you are located outside of the Philippines. You can remit your premium payments to Philam Life and your payments will be credited to your policy to prevent lapsation.

Below are the different steps in remitting premium payments for your Philam Life policies.

STEP 1. Pay through our Accredited Banks / Remittances Centers:

1. Pay through any bank or remittance center that accepts payment to the Philippines.
2. Obtain a remittance slip and indicate the following information:
   • Remitter’s Name
   • Insured Name & Policy Number
   • Philam Life as beneficiary
   • Amount Remitted
     • Please provide additional payment for bank charges.
     • Remittance should be in the currency of your policy premium.
     • Name of Depository Bank in the Philippines (see details below)

Make sure to send a copy of the remittance slip with the above information indicated by email to philamlife@aia.com, by mail to Cash Management Office, The Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company, Philam Life Bldg., UN Avenue, Ermita, Manila, or by fax to (02) 528-2479 to expedite the crediting of your premium payment.

NOTE: The Official Receipt will be sent through Philippine postal mail to the Philippine address indicated in the insurance policy.

STEP 2. Send crossed check payable to Philam Life, with policy number and policyowner name at the back of the check to:
