Empowering the Nation through Education
Philam Foundation is the corporate social responsibility arm for the Philam Group of Companies. Established in 1997 to commemorate Philam Life’s 50th Golden Anniversary, the Foundation has focused its assistance in the areas of Health, Education, Arts & Culture and Livelihood Development (HEAL). For 2011, Philam Foundation’s major thrust is Education.
Philam Foundation envisions an educated nation empowered for the future. It aims to fulfill roles that mobilize the resources of its member companies to provide real and enhanced education for the Filipino youth for better health, financial literacy and sustainable environment.
We prioritize projects with involvement in Education and we focus efforts on the following revenue streams: contributions of Trustees; percentage of revenues of member companies; employee donations; agent's commissions; flagship programs; new member/ affiliate company; partner organizations with companies with same vision, mission and goals.
